What is the WISE Movement
WISE (Women in Security Excellence) is a nonprofit initiative founded to uplift, connect, and empower women working in the security industry. Through leadership development, wellness support, industry training, and community-driven programs, we aim to bridge the gender gap in global security roles, one woman at a time.
